4.4 Conduct During Courses and Retreats

• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances before or during fitness activities

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from a course or retreat who, in our opinion, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is behaving in a manner that may endanger themselves or others, cause distress or annoyance to others, or damage property.

5. Limitation of Liability
