At Herllcasre, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with all our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our fitness courses, retreats, and other services. We have developed this policy to be fair to both our clients and our business.
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our programs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase to ensure you understand our refund terms.
Full Refund Period: If you are not satisfied with an online course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
Partial Refund Period: If you have completed between 20% and 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.
No Refund Period: No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date or if you have completed more than 50% of the course content.
Cancellation 30+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellation 15-29 Days Before Start Date: 70% refund of the total course fee.
Cancellation 7-14 Days Before Start Date: 50% refund of the total course fee.
Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: No refund will be provided.
Course Transfer: Instead of cancellation, you may transfer your registration to another individual or to a future course date (subject to availability) with at least 7 days' notice before the course start date. A transfer fee of £50 may apply.
Cancellation 60+ Days Before Retreat: Full refund minus a £150 deposit.
Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Retreat: 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat: No refund will be provided.
Retreat Credit: For cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat, we may offer a credit of 50% of the retreat fee that can be applied to a future retreat within 12 months, at our discretion.
Cancellation 90+ Days Before Retreat: Full refund minus a £300 deposit.
Cancellation 60-89 Days Before Retreat: 70% refund of the total retreat fee.
Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Retreat: 40% refund of the total retreat fee.
Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat: No refund will be provided.
Retreat Transfer: You may transfer your retreat registration to another individual with at least 30 days' notice before the retreat start date, subject to a £150 transfer fee and our approval of the new participant.

We aim to process all approved refund requests within 10 business days of approval. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund details.
If Herllcasre cancels a course or retreat for any reason, you will be offered the following options:
We reserve the right to cancel any course or retreat due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will provide at least 14 days' notice for courses and 30 days' notice for retreats, along with a full refund of all fees paid.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest), we will offer the following options:

For all retreats, especially international ones, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays. This insurance can provide financial protection in case unforeseen circumstances prevent your participation.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
